Bookings made on Your Mountain Life

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • Managing your booking, delivery, fitting, collection, payment and support: performance of the contract.

  • Security and proper functioning of the sites: legitimate interest.
  • Occasional emails about SkiDoc's own ski hire offers for future stays, once you have booked with us: legitimate interest (existing customer, similar services). You can opt out at any time via the link in each email or at contact@skidoc.fr.
  • Audience measurement: your consent (see the Cookie Policy).

Who receives your data

  • SkiDoc staff and technicians who prepare and deliver your equipment.

  • Our service providers, acting on our instructions: website hosting (Hetzner, Germany), payment processing (Stripe), and our email, messaging and website analytics providers.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

SkiDoc does not sell or rent your data, and does not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, or a partner located outside the EU (for example in the United Kingdom), may access your data from outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (as for the United Kingdom) or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it
